Designed for how
people actually learn

No marathon days Eight focused weekly sessions rather than intensive face-to-face days. Time to absorb, reflect, and apply between each one.
Neuroinclusive by design The course is built around how neurodivergent people learn. Not as an afterthought. As a deliberate design decision.
Apply as you go Each week builds on the last. You are practising and reflecting in your real context between sessions, not just absorbing theory.
Accessible from anywhere Delivered virtually. No travel, no venue, no logistical barriers. Your colleagues can join from across your organisation.

"Most neurodiversity training is designed the way neurotypical people have always designed training. Long days. Dense content. No processing time. This course is built differently. Because the people most likely to be in the room deserve a better experience."

Sarah Tancell FCIPD, Founder of Neuro-D.

Things people ask before applying

Do I need a background in neurodiversity to apply?
No prior neurodiversity expertise is required for this course. The foundation content builds your knowledge from the ground up. You do need to work in or alongside organisations. This is a practitioner qualification, not a personal development course.
What is the weekly time commitment?
One live virtual session per week plus time for reflection and any between-session activities. The course is designed to be manageable alongside a full-time role. Exact session times will be confirmed on enrolment and agreed with the cohort.
Can I deliver the materials to paying clients after completing the course?
Yes, if you choose the independent practitioner track. The independent licence specifically covers commercial delivery to external clients. The in-house licence covers delivery to your own organisation only.
Is this the same as the Design Gap Practitioner programme?
No. This course is the foundation stage and covers neurodiversity awareness and the delivery of awareness training. The Design Gap Practitioner programme is a separate, advanced certification for experienced organisational design professionals and is offered by application only.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. A payment plan is available for the independent practitioner track. Get in touch at hello@neurodconsultancy.com to discuss the options before you apply.
What happens after I complete the course?
You receive your CPD-accredited certificate, your licence is activated, and you join the Neuro-D. certified practitioner community. For organisations, completing this course is the first step on the pathway to neuroinclusion workplace accreditation.
What is the annual licence renewal?
Annual renewal maintains your CPD certification status and ensures your qualification stays current. It gives you updated materials as the programme and the field develop, and keeps your access to the practitioner community live. Independent practitioners also retain their listing in the Neuro-D. certified practitioner directory. Renewal is at a goodwill rate in year one, stepping to the standard rate from year two. Full renewal pricing is shared at enrolment.

Seats are strictly limited. Cohorts are kept deliberately small to ensure quality, personal attention, and the kind of peer learning that actually changes practice. Email Sarah directly to apply or ask any questions.
