The Design Gap Model™ goes deeper a structured, evidence-based framework developed from over 20 years of senior HR practice, specialist training and study in neuroinclusion, certified neurodiversity coaching, and the lived experience of being triple neurodivergent.

Sarah Tancell FCIPD is the founder and Chief Architect of Neuro-D. She developed the Design Gap Model™ from over two decades of senior HR practice, formal training and study in neuroinclusion in the workplace, and a lifetime of navigating organisations as an autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic professional. She is also a certified neurodiversity coach.

Sarah leads our strategic thinking and develops all Neuro-D. IP. Her work draws on her FCIPD qualification, her certification as a neurodiversity coach, her specialist study in neuroinclusion in the workplace, and her lived experience as a triple neurodivergent professional navigating organisations for over two decades.
